Collection of semen by condom

• Sometime patient cannot produce semen by masturbation, so they can collect it by Coitus interrupts.
• Condoms used for collection with coitus interrupts should be non-toxic condoms designed for semen collection; such condoms are available commercially.
• Note: Ordinary latex condoms must not be used for semen collection because they contain agents that interfere with the motility of spermatozoa (Jones et al., 1986).
